How We Got Started

Cypher Technology grew out of a pretty simple observation: a lot of businesses were being let down by their IT support. Long response times, vague explanations, repeat issues that never really got fixed, and support teams who seemed more interested in closing tickets than solving problems. It was frustrating to see — and even more frustrating to experience.

We started Cypher because we believed IT support could be done better. Not just technically better, but in the way it feels to work with an IT company — more responsive, more transparent, and more genuinely helpful. We wanted to build a team that people actually enjoyed calling, because calling them meant the problem would get sorted quickly by someone who knew what they were doing.

We started small and grew steadily by doing exactly that. Every new client came through a referral or a recommendation from someone who had experienced the difference firsthand. That is still how most of our clients find us — and it is something we are proud of. It means the work speaks for itself.

Today, Cypher Technology is home to a team of certified specialists covering every area of IT that a modern business might need. We are bigger than we were, but the values that got us here have not changed.

Why We Do This
